RE:RE:Todays news is a positive but raises a quandry in my mind I have asked many of the same questions to IR and Scott is good about providing more detail on Company statements without revealing anything new. I encourage people to send questions to IR and not just pose them here.
I have been told not to confuse the backlog with the pipeline. The backlog is part of the pipeline but the pipeline is much larger.
As far as the backlog, it can take months to a year to onboard all of a customer's patients especially for larger ones but that doesn't mean you don't start onboarding new clients right away. It was also explained to me that physician practice customers have recovered from Covid faster than facilities (hospitals, skilled nursing, etc.) so the facility based patients are the primary ones that are back loaded.
