I see 2021 reported remuneration to Crossley was cash of $256,000 plus options (and that was more than year before by $20K.). Beukman got $78K plus his company gets monthly $3,500 plus fees for their admin duties. They presumably gor expenses repaid in cash too..
And just 3 directors who, apart from Crossley, have NO association with the types of services Reliq offers. Crossley is stated to have broad experience but no details are given. And who is Chair of the BoD?
The whole structure is quite shameful.
Finally, at least in this post, they have had all these news releases over past years about new contracts and so-much per client but you must realise, using per client numbers, they need to average 66,666 clients @ gross C$50/mth to gross C$40MM....66,666!!!!!! It's no wonder they can't do the math.
