RE:RHT: SUCCESSFUL AI DEPLOYMENTS WITH KEY CLIENTSGreat post from sailorman on CEO.CA
When Reliq first announced around 6 months ago its intention to investigate the use of AI in its iUGO platform, I admit I thought it was a bit of a fluff announcement intended to capitalize upon the immediate hype surrounding AI and machine learning. It looks like I was wrong. I’m impressed on multiple fronts with this morning’s announcement: that Reliq has delivered so quickly on the promise of AI; that Reliq has included named client testimonials (as previously promised no less); and that Reliq remains committed to ever improving its platform. I’d suspect that this announcement merits special consideration for evaluating the ongoing prospects of Reliq insofar as distancing Reliq’s product offering from competitors and how this may impact the promise of Big Data that has loomed in the background ever since I first invested in Reliq back in 2018. Also important in this announcement is the mention of AI in improving “adherence”. How? I’ve no idea, but I suspect addressing the “how” is why Reliq chose to delay the corporate update given that adherence is supposed to be one of the two key components of these ongoing updates (the other, of course, being collections).
