Patient consent is the real hurdleI have been contemplating the reason for the gap between contracts and collections. There is nothing you can do when a patient reject the idea to go onboard the SaaS platform. There is incentive for the clients to use the software because they can reduce labour but for the patients they would have to learn to use the hardware and be on time to use it. For a sick person, depending on his conditions and mobility, it can be a challenge without the help of an assistant. Even when the doctor recommends the patients could still prefer the old way of healthcare routine rather than the new and unfamiliar self serve procedures. Just from an average patient's view to look at SaaS and that discounts the various degrees of adapting to the different services of the SaaS platform.
