.... as a former auditor, there is requirements to audit the subsequent event period prior to release of the audited statements. In addition, there would be note disclosure in the statements on the financing. Mention of it in the management discussion and analysis and that would require auditor review. Perhaps, the financing is going to change the perspective on a going concern note too?
