obvious stall tactics

They are stretching the release of 2023 FS on account that they are forced to write off so much A/R .This would tank the share price. But by stalling so that they can release the first 2 quaters ( Q 1 Q2 2024) They will save face and perhaps to show some respectability and credibility in Reliq.
