Private funds do not need to file anything as long as they own less than 10% so a quick Google search will not identify those. IR has confirmed to me and others who have actually done DD that there are at least 5 institutions that hold Reliq stock. Most US institutions don't hold Reliq stock because it is traded on the OTC pink and they aren't allowed to purchase it and not because they don't like the stock.
