Thank you for your interest in Reliq. The Company expects to send out a press release this week about the CTO and the delayed financials and likely another one next week telling investor more details about the state of the business, that the CTO is not a reflection on the fundamentals of the business and the outlook for 2024.

The Company is working diligently to complete the audit and file the financials. The Company has added resources to complete the audit as quickly as possible.
