RE:Nothing makes senses about this company.... They didn't say they needed to finance to bring in new clients. They said if new big clients came to them (the implication that stage is relatively inexpensive) then they'd need finance to turn their patients into revenue generators. What should they do, turn away new customers?
Adding new clients is a worthwhile thing to do but it doesn't transform the company during this (hopefully) intermediary stage.

So ok...than build out the current clients to 100mil, generate cash flow , put some money in the bank and show what this thing can do.....
Example...they say they have enough clients, so why expand into Mexico with zero existing presence?
Sorry but nothing makes senses other than they would rather pump about new clients, rather than develope the business in a proper manner. IMO
My opinion. There is no viable business and it is all smoke and mirrors to keep it alive. The only thing that makes sense at this point. IMO.
