RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:compare

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:compareAt a December 4, 2018 meeting, Defendants Samson and Deveros told Reliq CEO Lisa Crossley (“CEO Crossley”) that they were resigning from Reliq, and terminating the contractor relationship, respectively, due to the deceitful behavior of CEO Crossley and other Reliq officers and directors in misleading the investing public about Reliq’s true state of affairs. They also told her that they intended to report her and Reliq to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). This retaliatory lawsuit (as well as two other lawsuits across North America) was filed by Reliq shortly thereafter.
