RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:compareActually if you read the final settlement document from the class action lawyers their entire case was based on the Oct 16th PR where Reliq said they were restating revenue and then 2 weeks later filed financials and clarified that they were not restating revenue but would move revenue into bad debt and that all revenue was properly recognized and the class action lawyers admitted their case was weak and did not have a high probability of success if they went to trial.  The regulators agreed with that.
