kinda hard to even compare the two. vhi attracted the type of investors and board (ie. the Shen bros.)that set it up to succeed as opposed to the rht mistake. 

they also moved the company to the tsx, logical, spewin inanity about listing on the nasdaq, rht continuing to do so even in the current light...speaks for itself.  of course, hub had to consolidate shares to get to the tsx but....if this survives....there will be little choice other than that and a complete 're-org' of whatever enterprise there is here.
