Will RHT compete others under same partner?

Not knowing how exclusive is the partnership agreement with these signed contracts so I sent IR an inquiry:

Hi Scott, 

As a long term investor since 2017 I appreciate the effort the company has signed many substantial contracts in 2020. I have just some questions to ask about all of them - 

Are the partners of these contracts offering Reliq’s product as their only  remote monitoring services to their patients? Is Reliq aware of competing with other products represented by  each partner? It would be of tremendous help to clear some doubts from investors about these signed contracts.

NO response from IR for a few days that is unusual from previous days where in a matter of hours I got a reply. I sent again and see what will happen.

Referring to my call for resume guidance before the end of October, if I do not receive a response on clarification of partners may carry different competing products then a serious red flag I will raise.   Holding onto an investment with no visibility for the next six months means products still on the shelf with no substantial sales recorded. Take note both Texas and Florida has the curve
