Reliq Health Technologies Inc > What is your Q4 Revenue Guesstimate?

What is your Q4 Revenue Guesstimate?

There are no analyst estimates for Reliq as it is too much of a small cap so let's make our own estimates for the three month period ending June 30th.

Knowing Q3 revenue was 457,077$, my estimate for Q4 would be 460,000$.  This would represent flat onboarding as the healtcare system was paralyzed during Q4 because of Covid-19.

I would like to hear your guess. I will compile them at the end to see who's the closest.

Guesstimates missing the sp after Q4 is meaningless. Besides another month later it is due for Q1 2021 which covers July - September 2020, is all the more telling the true story. I did mine with very detail in September under “My Expectations” series with about 5% growth in revenue. No change in opinion as of today. In the webinar can they resume guidance and the disclosure of contract status is ...more

I would guess about $600k. Also, I'm hoping for gross profits to increase >50%. That would give us an indication that the mix has improved versus last quarter; the higher the more saas (and less device sales).  The more interesting guess will be what they will say for guidance.  I think they'll provide a revenue range for Q1 and Q2.  Q1: $1.2m-$1.4m Q2: $1.8m-$2.5m Q1 ...more

problem is not number but lack of trust in management promise, potential is huge on paper but nothing will happen before market convince company is on the right track.

Minimum $1 050 000.  Sky is the limit though.  It all depends how much covid hindered their ability to onboard.  They have access to over 500 000 patients, but a good deal depends on Foracare being able to provide units for those that need them. You have to keep in mind that not all patients require the same devices.  They also launched their care centre in Florida.  One ...more

Comment by NobleFr on Oct 27, 2020 4:29am
For me this is a binary outcome: they either succeed to onboard their signed contracts or this company is a scam and is engaged in criminal activity. I see the first outcome as more probable. So the stock either goes to 200m+ revenues and 10$+/share based on a 10x revenue market cap valuation of 2B or it goes to 0$. Which means everybody who bought now or before will make money if this goes to ...more

Money could be made but still highly uncertain, when reading various PR it is so confuse on what to expect for Q4/Q1
Comment by NobleFr on Oct 27, 2020 4:33am
I don't expect much from Q4 since they said they refocused their efforts where their clients are still able to onboard because the healthcare system was paralyzed by covid during q4 in Florida-Texas. I don't know what to expect from Q1 but I think it will be much better than Q4.
Comment by TicTacTo on Oct 27, 2020 5:57am
Even with Covid slower onboarding should not mean zero and not a justification for no revenue increase in Q4, claim in some PR that some contracts want to accelerate onboarding due to Covid ... Livango revenue jump from $69 to $91 millions from 1Q to 2Q CY20 ... Signed a lot of contracts but market valorize them at ZERO, like considering company a ponzi scheme, futur will tell truth. Lisa has tended to disappoint.  April to June was not business activity friendly in Florida or Texas.  I think sales went down q to q and a/r stayed the same.  My revenue number is 390k.  Not that it matters, end of June was 5 months ago.  CASH is king.  Lisa and team ran out of lunch milk money to put into the Kittie hence equity raise.  Equity raise tells us ...more

MDA shows where discrepancy exists. The idiots included sales proceeds from devices in revenues. So they double counted cash flow because they included the device proceeds in cash flow from operations as well as cash flow from investing activities. The CFO should be fired and the Interim financials revised.

I guess they did fire the CFO.... march 19, 2020 Reliq is also pleased to announce that the Company has hired Mr. Matthew Lee as Reliq’s new Chief Financial Officer. I just saw annual audited financials numbers are expressed in US dollars and unaudited are expressed in canadian dollars.  Management MD&A is in canadian dollars also. This is why numbers don't add up ;). I also had an heart attack too.
