What is in Lisa’s calculation before Q4 on Thursday
With detail analysis word for word into the PR this morning here are the most probable facts behind:
1. Q4 financials is terrible. Visibility in future revenue is still uncertain. Company urgently need something good in the webinar to save the day.
2. Company is running out of cash seriously enough to jeopardize more partnership in the making. Potential partners, seeing a near folding RHT, raise doubts about alliances. Company has the need to show healthy financials backing for more alliances and so to achieve target pipeline.
3. Company has no better alternative and turns to existing partners for help. Thus strike a deal with PP @ 0.225. Company does not have much bargaining power with sp close to 52 week low and a terrible Q4 to tell on Thursday.
4. Company believes sp could rise to 0.5 in less than two years when all 4 partners have finished onboarding. Reasonable time set to exercise warrants @ 0.3.

Got doubt about RHT but 50 cents should come soon not in 2 years. Either they onboard in the coming months either they collapse. 4. Company believes sp could rise to 0.5 in less than two years when all 4 partners have finished onboarding. Reasonable time set to exercise warrants @ 0.3.

You must of gotten KPMG to forward along the financials to ya to make that post hey? Please share with the group if so. Knicksman is stating his opinions just like everyone else, you are saying you know what's happening and whats gonna happen. Do you work for Reliq? Go away

So Donnie and knicksman belong to the same type of people or same person - they think it is okay to shut people up. No, punks. We are all entitled to give opinions here. So learn to respect others.

I reckon this should be seen as a kinda vote of confidence. RHT must have the continuing COVID_DELAY excuse but have no idea what revenue and resulting receivables will look like just now. My major contention remains there is still a need for a seasoned CEO to take charge and give the Doctor time to do all the activities areound R&D and onboarding with the rest of her staff.
