You have hit the nail on the head. Latest financials show that they are currently generating almost 0 in saas revenue. Almost all of their revenue from the past year was just from device sales....

I think Reliq stopped reporting monthly numbers in 2018. My records show that all of the contracts signed up until that point were for RPM, not CCM. A more likely explanation for the dropping of monthly stats was the whole ex-employee shenanigans, poor documentation, issues with getting paid, etc.

This is correct per the time frame you mentioned. However, all contracts signed since February this year involve CCM. If you take the patient churn stated in the article as an issue then the peers of RHT have the same problem to solve. The new PP is for strengthening staff in onboarding and seems to fit in the direction to improve execution, in both enrolment and dis-enrolment.

And all 3 millions dollars are invested by Reliq partners,clients, management and employees so they would know the issues and solutions imo.
