Revenue for Q3

It's time to start giving revenue estimates for our quarterly "closest to the actual" contest.....  I'll start with $535,000

Guidance already b&w in Investor deck and sp will move up as they are met per scheduled. Instead looking forward to a revised up - but not holding my breath as this will be the first time ever in three years.

$500,000 meaning missing cash flow positive promise ... business as usual. 2Q $1,500,000 (profitability) 3Q $3,000,000 4Q $6,000,000 Total CY21 $11 millions

Below is my post on Apr 23 on the subject. Just a reminder that Lisa has stated that profitability will be reached in Q4 2021 which is from Apr to Jun 2021. The upcoming financials in May reflect Q3 - Jan to March 2021. It is not clear whether the profitability point is reached ( $0.5M / mth ) in Q4 or the whole Q is profitable. I'm guessing the former. she stated also several times cash flow positive in Q3 FY21, no more mention it in last WSR puming session, an other vaporware promise ? Will learn in a few days.

Good effort. But without assumption of some onboarding rates how can your revenue be guesstimated? Onboard rates ties to revenue growth rate as major income comes from SaaS. Market won’t accept revenue as real from selling Flor40g devices and from exercised stock options.

She has not provided guidance to onboard numbers so I’m not going to try to guess that or how much each patient is paying, etc. I am working with what guidance she has provided which is hitting profitability / breakeven of $500K/mth presumably by the last mth of the Q4 which is Jun. I’m also assuming straight line growth from Dec to Jun to generate my estimate. Any exponential growth perhaps in ...more

Just a correction.   The company has stated (and it still states), that they were to be cash flow positive by the end of March quarter, and profitable by the end of the year (June 30).    I think we can mostly agree that cash flow positive requires at least 500k for a month, but reaching that by the end of March, could mean something more like the 450k range to average it out ...more

I think the bozos forgot to remove the breakeven by March comment from the document. They have dropped it from guidance sources. Recall this exec summary did not investor pres until they corrected it.

Exactly... It really doesn't matter how many contracts with physicians and all the other medical practices they have signed, it's all about how many patients from each contract that get onboarded. And it's impossible to properly estimate revenue without the patient count.

Your estimates are as good as anything out there for the Jan-Mar Q.  If pushed, I might have said about $700k-800k rev for the Q, but who knows?  Over the year, based on the company's statements, one would assume the revenue line to be more of a curve upward, but I don't think it much matters for fiscal Q3.  Company estimates haven't been impressive thus far, but there ...more
