They're going to keep putting out NRs about immaterial contract wins to distract from fact they are not breakeven yet.

They're not really contracts. There is no minimum no. of patients that clients must onboard. It locks Reliq into a price though.

Some of the contracts that have patient numbers in them is the number of patients that will onboard in a specific time. Ex 27000 in 12 month and 250 000 in 24 month time. It's not up to Reliq how fast the onboarding will happens they only got a timeline on how long it will take. That is not a fact it's my own interpiation of how it works. Look it up for your self.

No transparency in its financial statements. Hope this time auditors won't let them do it. 1. No breakdown of sales, how much is SaaS service fee, how much is hardware sale 2. No breakdown of its inventory 3. No mention of its patent count 4. Management compensation

Price to pay to invest in venture stock, obscur financial statements, 3 buddies board menbers, serial bullshiting CEO ... but despite that still trade at 8 times "expected" 2021 revenues. Not cheap at all stock but do not mean could not fly again, be cautious surf wave if any, book profit and exit.
