No.s don’t add up

Most recent guidance is run rate revenue of $3 mil/qtr by Sept 30 and $6 mil/qtr by Dec 31. If this is true then Reliq is going to miss guidance of $11 mil rev for calender 2021. Maybe Lisa was just mindlessly throwing out no.s for illustration purposes to show that run rate is doubling every qtr.

The numbers do add up if you understand the terms.  There is a reason she has the term used runrate and not just said what the total revenue would be each quarter. 1) The valuation will be based on future runrate revenue and not backward looking revenue so the $11 million 2021 calendar revenue is meaningless.  If the Company achieves a $6 million a quarter revenue runrate, the valuation ...more

To clarify, my original post did not mention valuations. It simply pointed out that Lisa's run rate no.s and quarterly no.S to be reported contradict.  Learn to read and stay on point, dumbass.  [Lifeboat1 wrote: The numbers do add up if you understand the terms.  There is a reason she has the term used runrate and not just said what the total revenue would be each quarter ...more

IFSCA - Please read my point #2 which responds to your point despite it being irrelevant to investors but important to nitpickers and bashers.

Iscfa I think you have to go away for a while until you stabilized. But when you do come back just make sure you have a Doctors note verifying your mental stability. Get well and take care.

Your comments would make sense if markets were backward looking, but they're generally not. One has to think...how much is a company worth today that has a 45% EBITDA margin, a reasonable likelihood of reaching $200M in revenue within the next couple of years from signed contracts, plus the potential to score much higher revenue for its market leading SaaS business. I think the market is ...more

There are two other parts of this business that have a lot of potential value that Reliq has discussed in the past but are not in any recent valuation discussions.  Big data and iUGO Home.  Both of these have value equal or larger than the existing business and are reasons alone for a large Company to acquire them or they could always spin them off into separate Companies creating ...more

This was a $2.00 company when it was falling apart from inside and out, suffering software piracy, lawsuits, and had comparatively inferior software to what it now has, which seemed to be the best in the sector even then. I want to see no buyout until this hits a value of minimum $5.00 U.S. (without artificial boosts by reverse split) and gets listed on NASDQ. RHT itself can grow and do its ...more

Ifsca I posts ? What do you say 5$ price for 2024 Jan? Do u think it's too much? When can we hit $10.

10.8 mm is close enough. However, I agree with you, strictly speaking, it will be a miss if at the end of the day the total revenue is less than 11mm. But, if the co generates 10.7mm, that's Hugh progress made considering its historical records.
Comment by lscfa on Aug 28, 2021 10:16am
The miss is $2 million, $11 mil vs $9 mil.....
