From their Nov.2nd news release; ''Date for Webinar to Review Q1 FY 2023 Annual Audited Financials The Company’s quarterly financial statements for Q1 FY 2023 (quarter ending September 30, 2022) are due to be filed on or before November 29, 2022. The webinar to review the financial statements will be scheduled on or before November 30, 2022.'' GLTA
