they are are probably working on the final touches, and I imagine probably nothing seriusly wrong to trigger a CTO

FYI, the CO is already under a CTO from the Canadian regulators, and allowed the CO to delay its fins reporting.... I do not know the details of the rules, howeverif there was some transgression they will stop the stock to trade.... so far they did not!
