thanks Francois and Iscfa

Hope they put out a release to help reassure investors

So teeswater reassure us of what exactly, and suddenly we would have reason to believe what they say. The securities commison obviously ran out of patience with Reliq, so now we hurry up and wait again for these financial results. The only thing that has changed is that the stock is no longer trading, this interm clown has done nothing to change the culture of this management team. Shame on the ...more

You're welcome (even though my reply was kind of short...). The only way RHT could reassure the shareholders and investment community is by; 1. Provide the financials that are overdue along with clear explanations about how they will report hardware/software sales in the future; 2. Once done, clearly state that moving forward the company will communicate accurate information about signed ...more

Also, no one is going to take a CEO role at a co. with o/s audits. They will want to see under the hood before accepting position.

You are giving Chris too much credit, so far his lack of apparent communication skills would say he is not well suited for this job, so why would he ask the right questions.
Comment by Reggie1 on Jan 17, 2024 7:07pm
agreed the only thing that would make someone take on the role would be compensation and they can't provide that in a meaningful way.  Everyone will just have to wait to see what is what, whenever the financials do come out.  That was sure one complicated financing eh?
Comment by Mitch43 on Jan 17, 2024 3:26pm
"Nobody knows what is coming down the pipe in regards to the financials to be reported" True for some details, but there is some consensus it will be close to abyssmal at best....as reflected by the present SP. This CO management has already lost all credibility which it will never regain under any new CEO selected by its BOD,  while waiting for the coming  eventual ...more

I have as you know been skeptical of your view but I am now tending towards a real situation where what is going on is someones perception of what is going on.  I also agree that fiduciary has been jeaprodized and law suits are viable and imminent.  Its all a proper mess.  On a side note where are the believers who were in on the coin flip and adamant?

Don't take your word for it? You've been trying to get us to do just that since you showed up here eons ago with incessant repetitive old news. Sure, things look desperate and we can infer all kinds of nightmarish scenarios but the fact is we know no more now than we did two months ago when they failed to report on time. Save your crowing for when the flock (or should I say murder) comes ...more

Wrong attitude... Rather than make your own DD about Reliq and all facts known about it as you should have done, you find it easier to  report your frustations on the messenger reporting. I'm not the one who got you and others hooked on all the hypes , lies, and misrepresentations of the now ex CEO. I was in the same shoes early on 2023, though as a market day trader, I rarely care about ...more

I only reply to this due to similar experience. I am a trader and not a day trader. As we see in many cases nothing goes up forever and on the TSXV it goes up for a reason generally....so cheap paper can exit. But I digress.  I also saw the developments in RHT changing based on information from the former CEO. So I bought in as previously stated and ended up stopping out as I manage risk ...more

Reggie, " I am a trader and not a day trader." It's alright nobody is perfect!
