Down about 30% in the States on about 50K shares yesterday.

When the acting CEO said the company's first priority is to get out the financials, I'm hoping that he did not mean that none of the other priorities are being acted on or attendedto until the first one gets done. Given the lack of any information, one could be forgiven for suspecting such might be the case.
