They don’t know the current SaaS patient no.
Patients don't open up the hardware sent to them, patient moving out of the services, clients enrolling new patients to the services, delayed hardware gradually sent to patients....etc etc. They don't have a accounting team set up to handle simple daily activities of patients onboard since day one. So it is hard to think they can have the most update of their business status. The business model with such a base is doomed to go off track and would require lots of time and resources to put it back on track. Because right now we all know KPMG is looking at where to start with an ugly mess.

Have another drink, then write something that makes sense. Boy am I amused by the totally nonsensical comments. Just like voting if you are over 21 and are a citizen you can comment. Unfortunately there are no other qualifications to posting here, but I do enjoy a few chuckles.

You just expose your issues - too many lies, aliases and offer nothing to the board as usual. Report and ignore.
