Thank you for your interest in Reliq. 
 
The Company can not provide a definitive date at this time.  The Company is making progress and expects to complete the audit shortly.  The CTO will be lifted approximately 1 week after the financials are submitted.
 
The Company continues to add a new physician practice a week, expand existing contracts and has several large clients in the pipeline.
