You have abetted abject failure, and gotten paid every step of the way. Shame on you for abusing the trust your shareholders have placed in you.
It is time for shareholders to vote with a sale of their shares, which is the only way to stop these artists from extracting more consulting fees and diluting your holdings.
The longer you hold, the more of your money goes into the CEO's hands without merit.
