Paying himself "consulting fees" until he cannot find another sucker to give him money...

Try as you will, there isn't a SINGLE success this person has accomplished since the inception of this shell company.

I dare anyone to name one - just ONE!

He has failed at e-commerce, cannabis, traditional retail (Walmart, Paper Store...), neutraceuticals, hand sanitizer, air filtration, PPE.

He has failed to retain and develop people.

He has failed to even have a true Board of Directors...where is the oversight and counsel EVERY public CEO has?? I believe the only ones left are his buddies Andre Godin and Michel Timperio, who in my mind allow this to go on under their supposed guard.

When lawsuits begin to fly, they have signed off on these financials and plans...
