This is the old news from late June my friend.

What is contained in it shows how badly this company has destroyed value:

- They still owe $364k due this month...where will that come from?
- June 2021: issued shares at $0.02
- June 2020: issued shares at $0.05
- Sept 2019: Issued shares at $0.12

You cannot ignore FACTS: This company has absolutely destroyed its value in the past 24 months through share dilution and mismanagement of the business.  If you go back even further, they traded at 27 cents.

Pathetic.

The story will unfold in the next 3 weeks...I don't see a happy ending!
