They have been under Management Cease Trade Order for almost half a year due to multiple defaults in their filings...have they been moved to a COMPLETE Cease Trade Order??

Trying to understand why ONE SHARE is the total volume midway through the trading day...

Perhaps Regulators have been tipped off to the multiple examples of public statements from the company that have been proven untrue (preorders of hand sanitizer, eight planeloads of PPE, cannabis production/distribution, etc...), and have finally made a move to protect unsophisticated invstors from this danger?
