Today’s Update = Total Failure, Nothing Concrete for future

Thanks Aurelio for this horrible conference call!

To recap:

1. Total shareholder dilution: taking shares from 210 million to over 320 million!!!!

2. Complete flop of hand sanitizer.  Doing little to no business, and stepping away from the category.

3. Absolutely ZERO progress on PPE delivery...Aurelio: "At least some containers are in the water."

4. H-Source has ZERO concrete business updates...not even sure why he was even invited?

5. IAM Health: Chasing a grant for Phase I study...meaning NOTHING but expenses for at LEAST 3-5 years Phase I, then Phase II, then Phase III, then regulatory filings...

AKA another Pipe Dream.

In short: This company is more dead than we thought.  I cannot understand anyone seeing it differently after that embarrassment of an investor call.

I would LOVE to hear a counterposition.
