RE: rmc ends up with 25% Here is a gross estimate, which I am sure can be disputed by many but it is just for a rough estimate so please extend grace to me. Based on the article posted by "redmetal" on April 7, 2013, BK gives a gross prospect this could hold nearly 4 million ounces of gold (based on old numbers now). Doing basic math
Copper Play (based on old numbers)
Ball park estimate of 40 million tons of total rock with a copper average of maybe 6%
-40 mil. tons x .06 = 2.4 million tons of copper, round down to 2 million tons (to be safe)
-2 million tons converted to lbs = 4 billion lbs of copper
-4 billion x $3.00 per lbs of copper (rounded down) = $12 billion
-12 billion divided by # of shares (say 45 million) = $266 per share
-$266 x 25% ownership at end. So...
-$266 x .25 = $60.00 per share (rounded down) just for the copper play (this may now be higher with the new numbers)
Gold Calculation (based on old numbers from Sept).:
4,000,000oz x $1500 an oz = $6 Billion.
-$6 Billion divided by # of shares (say 45 million) = $130 a share.
-We will own 25% of value. So...
-$130 x .25 = $32.50 a share
With the new numbers we may be looking closer at $35.00 a share just for gold alone.
I think it is fair to say, at the end of the day if my math is even remotely close and to be safe, $30.00 - $40.00 a share may not be out of the question.
