rmc ends up with 25%

So when all is said and done rmc ends up with 25% of this deposit under the agreement with freeport. So what is that 25% worth? Any guesses. Thanks.>

This is turning into a very similar situation as the Freeport/Tenke (Lundin) scenario. Lundin owns 25% of This rich Copper Cobalt mine and Freeport owns 75%. Tenke was a spin out of Lundin to drill and work the property. Tenke had 60,000,000 million shares and was purchased back by Lundin for around $17 a share. So Lundin valued the 25% at $1 billion. I stand corrected, Freeport owns 57 % and the government owns 22%.

Here is a gross estimate, which I am sure can be disputed by many but it is just for a rough estimate so please extend grace to me.  Based on the article posted by "redmetal" on April 7, 2013, BK gives a gross prospect this could hold nearly 4 million ounces of gold (based on old numbers now). No need to raise cash for along time and less than 50 million shares. I bet it will not be long before more Joint Venture deals are signed on the other Serbia acerage. I bet we will be able to even cut a better deal given what is transpiring here. Freeport is probably already negotiating. Any bets where we close tomorrrow. i am betting it is between $4 and $5.

SoliDeoGloria Your assumptions are appalling.  You have calculated the inground value of the metal and attributed 25% for RMC, then just divided by the number of shares and then come up with an expected share price????   What about TVM? What about OPEX? What about CAPEX? What about........   It is easy to get enthuisiastic, but I think your calculations are a little optimistic to ...more
