Loan & sharesThere is a SEDAR filing today showing the 12mm share purchase by Nevsun. Curious what the terms are on the loan and if it came with warrants? At least we got $9.40 for our shares instead of the $8.25 we are trading at today! I wonder what happens if either company does not get the 2/3's vote needed for the merger?
