Drilling

Does  anybody know anything about drilling? I would have thought there would have been a plan in place to start drilling. Reservoir has the cash  but maybe they want to wait until the deal closes with Nevsun.  Seems like a waste of time since we need to be drilling one way or the other.  Has anyone seen any analyst reports that talk about the resource being less than the original 65 million ton.
