Its subsidiaries include Proyectos Mineros del Sur, PROMINSUR, C.A., Promotora Minera de Guayana, P.M.G., S.A., Corporacion Aurifera de El Callo, C.A., Corporacion Minera Choco 9 C.A., and Corporacion 80.000 C.A.
