Nice drop to a ...
Dollar.
I'm out at $1.20.... 6 bagger.
I'll be back in at a buck.
I don't think the auction will go well as bidding does not exceed 6 billion US.

Out @ 5 1/2 bagger, SO much manipulation as I believe these so-called bidders are in cahoots & many here are playing both sides of the trade. Does have a way of tainting the PPS & many posts. Ill admit I was far off my expectations of Citgo's bid value, oh well I made a very good return!

I've seen it happen before and took advantage of it dropping to make more money. Meantime I've bought another 3 bagger waiting for action so I've got some time to wheel and deal. Imo

I believe we were 6th, but I am unsure, it still has the chance to go to 3 times the amount imo, or just under

So that means the minimum needed is 6 bln to cover claim.

COP's largest claim - $11B - is at the back of the line. They have two others cases at the front.

Hopeful, the "$11 Billion", Phillips/Conoco is 3rd on the list. #1 Crystallex is $990MM, #2 Tidewater is some smaller amount (included in Other), #3 is Phillips/Conoco, $11.8 Billion.

They are not third at that amount I think they have a smaller claim, they didn't magically leapfrog to the head of the queue. dont spread misinformation

To buttress that point, from Rusoro's homepage, "Rusoro is seventh in order of priority behind approximately US$3.6 billion in claims from other claimants, plus US$1.95 billion in PDVSA 2020 bonds".

Yes, Conoco is third. $1.33B claim. Two others Conoco claims after Rusoro.

Hopefully this last is the last priority list - and all the arguments, appeals, and shuffling are over. Waiting for the buyer, and the bucks.
