RE:Share Consolidation Plan approved
In my experience, share consolidation without improvement in business funadamentals always leads to a horrible collapse in share price. If you can find an example where this isn't true over the past 40 years or so please share it so we can all see how this might be replicated (and find more sources of investment opportunities):.
Today's volume and price action is indicative that amoungst other things such as no new sales announcements, the market is afraid that with this new the permission, the directors will for whatever reason, approve a share consolidation without the improvement in business fundamentals. Here's to hoping for two things:
1. An announcement that there won't be consolidation without proven and improved business fundamentals.
2. More sales.
