In lieu of any substantial news so far this year...
Rather than ROI trying to build out their own market; bolting their technology on to a firm with a large existing market looks would create a decent tactical competitve advantage in the data security space.
IBM, for example ...with it's natural corporate market, particularlily in light of their recent deal with AAPL?
HPQ?
or SSNLF perhaps to leapfrog AAPL?
BB to add to their formidable security, broaden their market base, increase recurring revenue?
HTCXF..on the comeback trail ...looking for an edge?
Other?
Because ROI is small and cheap, taking it out of play simply to keep others from getting any competitve advantage could also be good and inexpensive insurance...
Of course as ROI's value has dropped the cheaper the insurance is but the market will give this recurring revenue model a floor value at some point if it isn't there already. When ROI starts closing sales that insurance cost could easily go exponential.
Will ROI take a tack and license their technology to firms with established markets?
Will ROI put itself up for sale?
The dog days of summer seem to bring on 100% speculation.
