~4.5 months remaining in 2014!! In my experience getting a 'maybe' is always worse than a straight 'yes' or 'no' because it puts sales resources in limbo.
Along those lines it appears from many of ROI press releases including the most recent that indecision is at least 95% of the results of selling into goverment markets.
What a tough position to be in. It's no wonder ROI's sales cycle is making a very serious Guiness Records attempt to outlast the Kondratieff cycle. (that's 45-60yrs for those who are counting)
Cashflow is looking better, business conditions are expected to improve based on past sales that are still to come on stream. Looks like a decent enough lease on life for the present.
In the meantime, perhaps resources can be made available to branch out into markets that have real decision makers in order to generate current sales?
Cautiously optimistic, waiting in limbo.
