One of the positives about this news appears to be that Obama wants all the horses to drink whether they're thirsty or not.
Whichever way it goes and regardless of your political leanings: It's quite clear that many years of ever thinning $0.05 trades have lead ROI shareholders down a shrinking garden path where the only things remaining for them are dreams of hope and change.
