Good history lesson -- Tony and Board Member both long time looser leaches
Didn't realize they had driven another company into bankruptcy while they played golf together and laughed at all the loser shareholders

This must be a dream for them - great company - enough slow organic growth to keep it going with little to no work

I hate to say it but I think you nailed it with that post Wolfe. History repeats itself once more. These guys have had forever to prove their track record wrong and failed. If this company ever amounts to anything more than a personal bank account for management, I will be very surprised.

Forgot to mention, Brian Brunetti (President at Route 1) was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at EnGlobe (2003-2008) as well. Has been T.B.'s right-hand man for a long time.
