ROI's 'business' plan can't, won't and obviously doesn't sell much product, but at least it generates a modicum of interest in a few small-dollar shorts.

With material sales YTD = 0  (a perfect record! yeah!)  the question remains the same year after year :
Why does ROI insist on exclusively treading water in a tiny, unaccomodating and increasingly hostile market rather than do an easy 180 and sell a ton of product instead?
