If the significant loss of business earlier in the year is actually taken as a serious wake-up call by ROI and it redirects some of it's resources accordingly...
Selling product into new markets in order to diversify and grow it's sales / income baskets is already a quick solution that's gaining traction.That's positive.
Increasing sales #'s obviously makes this move financially valuable too.
More importantly - diversifying sales and income inevitably reduces some obvious business risks such as time, attrition, concentration, politics etc.
Will ROI put it's $0.02 story in the rearview much sooner than expected?
