Interesting point.

ROI security tech is potentially worth 100's of million$ / perhaps even billion$ more than the lousy flat-line nickel business strategy that ROI operates.
Airwatch sells a ton of ROI tech every day! (allegedly for the time being:)

Maybe the plan is to be bought out you say?
