RE:RE:RE:OH MY MISTAKE CLOSED UP A HALF CENT AT .055 ON 2000 SHARESGiven that ROI only does small deals on very rare occasions in selling it's $bil tech, a few ideal outcomes would include: becoming a patent troll of some sort, and//or partnering with capable global sales/ distribution networks such as Airwatch, Samsung, Apple, Microsoft etc.
Of course, if a monetary 'win' results, ROI would distribute that win to it's shareholders as a special
dividend. That alone would be a huge boost to the value of the enterprise as a whole.

I don't know if the win will immediately be followed with an appeal from Airwatch.. I guess they would have to formulate a response etc, and this would take some time at least. Again, this is providing it goes to trial. According to the litigation calendar, this is happening today: June 26, 2019 Oral argument on pending motions I still doubt that this will even go to trial. Most patent lawsuits are settled by settlement. I would think that Airwatch is just postponing this as much as possible, but eventually know that it will come to a settlement offer as close to trial as they can push it. Who knows, maybe the AGM this year in November might be when we hear something.. Of course the fact that we won the PTAB and favourable results from the Markman hearing.. it would suggest things are going our way.. But who knows.
