Good news first!

Otherwise, a 1:10 rollback before any good news simply puts ROI on a cliff that's 10x's higher to fall from.

That's because ROI has no known future sales to give it a known future value. Without that future value to discount to the present, ROI has no natural floor price for it's shares.

$0.50 is a long way down compared to $0.05.
