Perhaps ROI is actually out pounding the pavement today - announcing to all of it's umpteen very interested institutional buyers that the ROI float has been shrunk to their liking so they gotta go out and buy a ton right now 'cause the ante up is preview priced at only $0.40/sh today!
Obviously if that's where ROI's at it - doesn't look like there's been any takers yet.
But there's still time left in the day.
