I mean logically, it will be a topic of discussion during the next CC, and they need to lay out their steps on how they will proceed. And then after the CC, we wait. October 1 is set to be the pre-trail date, but now that Airwatch has a motion for a summary judgement, I'm not sure what that means for the litigation calendar. So we wait.. Its not like we haven't been waiting for a decade already, so what is another few months?
