RE:RE:How much should we be?Interesting question..
Without regular sales over time and no value adds for shareholders/ not even occasionally, there's no way to value the outfit other than hypothetically. And even then, the figures have always been ephemeral. There's no point in doing the math. It's useless data.
Not to quibble but: assuming a multiple on this story is ridiculous wishful thinking in la la land. A multiple assumes a future value and ROI doesn't even have a regular past to lean on let alone has it ever had a future that's ever come to pass. Garbage in - Garbage out.
So ROI's actually worth whatever you can get for what you got. And good luck with that these days.
Ever since ROI broke it's word and pulled that premature unsupported float consolidation stunt there's been virtually no market for it's shares. .. At least that outcome is always 100% predictable.
The resulting answer is: ROI has very effectively made itself worth no more than whatever the last trade was.
As it should be. If you enjoy an endless donkey-carrot show - ROI might actually be worth the price of admission 'cause in ROI land there's never been a today - but there's always next year!

assume adj. ebitda for Q3 is 1.57 x $261k = $410k
annualized => $1.64 million
10x multiple = $16.4 million
shs o/s = 36 million
sh value = $0.46

Hoping for 32 million annually in revenue going forward, as per the most recent podcast, and it does seem illogical for us to be at 10-13million marketcap.. But, I have no idea what a "fair" value should be. I tried to calculate it on my own, and well, I doubt I am doing that right.. Not looking for responses from bashers, looking for an actual responses... Pandora, Moose, you guys know what is a fair stock price for us?
