WELL CAN MGNT GET IT DOWN TO 2.5 AND EVEN 2 CENTS THIS WEEKI would think so considering their ability over the last 11 years. When failure starts rolling down the hill its hard to stop it or reverse it until it crashes at the bottom. Of course who knows where the bottom is but it's not there yet imo. Bidding under 3 cents before the open which doesn't look good .Of course tax loss selling won't help . One excuse after another as usual .
